The Management Internship is a hands-on training experience at one of our locations throughout the Midwest. If selected for the Program, you will be placed in one of our production facilities to work directly with an experienced management team. They will teach you the necessary skills to be successful with Midwest Manufacturing.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects such as Lean/Continuous Improvement, Safety, SOP writing, process improvement, quality, efficiency, etc. You will develop stronger organizational, communication and time management skills, as well as gain hands-on management experience through this experience....first mindset and the ability to explain simple tech solutions to non-technical staff clearly.
