Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Fairfax County, VA. The Salesperson will identify and qualify prospective residential and commercial clients, conduct in-person and phone consultations, and present Work by Q’s construction services to meet client needs. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, managing a sales pipeline, preparing estimates with the project team, and following up on inquiries to close new business. The role involves coordinating site visits, collaborating with operations and project managers to ensure accurate scopes of work, and maintaining detailed records in the company’s CRM or tracking tools. The Salesperson will also nurture long-term relationships, support marketing initiatives, and represent the company professionally at local events and networking opportunities.\n
